LAIKA is an AI-powered investment analysis platform that provides:

• AI-driven chart analysis using GPT-4o Vision technology
• Investment recommendations with confidence scores
• Technical, fundamental, and sentiment analysis
• Price predictions and risk assessments
• Analysis history and portfolio tracking

• Our AI analysis does not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice
• Past performance and AI predictions do not guarantee future results
• You should always consult with a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions
• We are not responsible for any financial losses incurred based on our analysis
• All investment decisions are made at your own risk
• Confidence scores and predictions are probability-based estimates, not guarantees

When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account password
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Not create multiple accounts for abusive purposes

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Upload malicious content, viruses, or harmful files
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack the Service
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Service
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Use the Service to manipulate financial markets
• Share your account credentials with others
• Overload the system with excessive API requests

The Service, including its original content, features, functionality, AI models, branding, and design, is and remains the exclusive property of LAIKA. Our trademarks, logos, and service names may not be used without our prior written consent. User-uploaded chart images remain the property of the respective users. Analysis results generated by our AI may be used by users for personal purposes.

By uploading chart images and using the Service, you:

• Grant us a limited license to process your images through our AI for analysis purposes
• Confirm that you have the right to upload the content you provide
• Understand that images are sent to OpenAI for processing
• Accept that analysis results are generated by AI and may contain inaccuracies

We strive to maintain high availability of our Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice. Scheduled maintenance may occasionally affect availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LAIKA and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, investments, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

LAIKA is currently in beta and available for free. We reserve the right to introduce paid plans in the future. Users will be notified in advance of any pricing changes. Free features available during the beta phase may become part of premium plans. No refund obligations exist for the free service.

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time without prior notice if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us. We will retain your data for 30 days after account deletion, after which it will be permanently removed.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration.
